The update adds an option to enable the feature in Settings > Privacy > Security > Fingerprint.
The feature will only work on devices that have a fingerprint reader on the front of the device.
To use the feature, first you need to create a new fingerprint file on the device with a software called Fingertip.
Fingertips are essentially a small USB stick that stores the fingerprint data of the user.
Once created, a Fingernet is then attached to the front panel of the Android device.
Fingerprint files can be found on the Android Developer website.
Once the file is downloaded, the Fingeretip is attached to a file named Fingerip.fasterboot can now be used to boot up an Android system using the fingerprint reader as shown in the below example.
