Wear the right clothes The first thing you should do is make sure your clothes are comfortable.

Wear your safety goggles If you’ve got a bad reaction to someone staring at you or staring at something, you can opt for a safety goggles that have a reflective material inside.
This will help your vision to be less affected by the bright light.
Make sure that they’re clear enough so that they don’t get in the way of your eyes.4.
Wear gloves When you enter or leave a room, be mindful of your hands.
If they’re not clean, they can cause infection, especially in children.

It could also be a good idea to wear a wristwatch that has an alarm function to warn you when the alarm goes off.
